About Yuji Sun:

Yuji Sun is a partner of King & Wood Mallesons’ (KWM) Silicon Valley office. His practice focuses on venture capital financings, mergers and acquisitions, technology transactions and general corporate/commercial matters.

Yuji has more than 15 years of experience advising clients in the US, including the formation and financing of startups and emerging growth companies, complex commercial transactions such as strategic alliance and technology licensing, and mergers, acquisitions and divestitures. He has participated in numerous venture capital financing transactions, representing both companies and investors in all stages. Yuji focuses his work in the technology sector, providing counselling to senior executives on a variety of strategic decisions and transactions, including manufacture, outsourcing, procurement, sales, acquisitions/integrations and regulatory inquiries.

Prior to joining KWM, Yuji was Associate General Counsel of HP Inc. (f/k/a Hewlett-Packard Company), overseeing all legal support of HP Inc.’s worldwide service and solutions business. He is licensed to practice in the State of California.
